I have a bachelor's grade in chemistry and for me, cooking has always been advanced chemistry!

I offer in Norwegian, English, or French a science-themed birthday party and science cooking course that is sure to entertain! Kids and adults discover the fun side of science while they are baking and take part in spectacular cooking science demonstrations. I explain in a simple way what are an emulsion, a gel, the density of the ingredients, introduce the food pairings concept and

 how to occur the chemical and physical transformations in the kitchen,

I  come to your home or a rented local and  I can offer to you 3 different options :

1.  We make a mille-feuille with a "Creme Chantilly,  some spaghettis and caviars of fruits, and a rainbow drink with flavored foams. 2.  We make a rainbow cake that we decorate with some spaghettis or caviars of fruits and a rainbow drink with flavored foams.

3. We make a pizza, a rainbow drink and we decorate your own cake with some spaghettis of fruits or caviars of fruits. Please take note that my workshops can be held in Norwegian, French or English
